Backers and Back Painers!

Thank you for all the support from the campaign! We crushed it, but only because of you... and your back pain... let's get you some relief! Here is what is going to happen next:

Immediately: If you received a message that your pledge did not go through, it is likely due to a payment issue. You will need to update your payment information on Kickstarter immediately. If you are not able to do this and you still want to back the project, contact the Chirp Customer Experience Team at [email protected]. They will be able to take your payment directly, after the survey goes out. If you have questions, send us a message!

To know if your card has processed please log into your Kickstarter account and click on the button near the top right called “Manage Pledge”. Also, if your credit card didn’t process you should see a red bar across the top of your browser when you log into your Kickstarter account notifying you of the issue.

Also Immediately: Join our brand new Chirp Facebook Group. We will be posting updates on the production of the PW+, sharing content on how to use the PW+, and ask questions to the community on how all us Back Painers can Feel Good and Do More! Click HERE to join!

Next Week: The post campaign survey will go out next week. This survey will collect your shipping address and have Add On products you can include in your pledge! The eBook will also be sent out at the same time as the survey. 

End of September: The PW+ is on schedule to start shipping out at the end of September and continue through October.

NOTE: If you added the Original PW to your pledge during the campaign (the $49 Add On Deal in update #4 and #5), send us a message on Kickstarter with your address, email address, and the color you want (black, grey, or purple). We will be sending those out immediately. The PW+ will only be offered in black. :)

Kickstarter LIVE Event this Thursday!

With over 7,000 backers and less than 2 weeks to go, we wanted to demonstrate and answer your questions live. The Kickstarter Live Event is this Thursday at 5:00 pm MDT.

If you haven’t experienced a Kickstarter Live Event before, it is a live stream video of Tate, the founder, walking through the product and answering any questions you might have. If you have specific questions that you want answered, you can go over to the campaign page and near the top you will see a Live Stream banner with a button to “Submit a question”. We will try our best to answer any questions submitted during the Kickstarter Live Event.

Pledging For Multiple Individual Wheels:

Pledging for multiple individual wheels is easy. 1. pledge for the larger of the individual wheels so the shipping is most accurate for international backers. You will only be charged for shipping the larger of the wheels if you are international. If you are a US based backer, this does not really matter. 2. Add the price of the second wheel to your pledge. If you have already pledged, just go to "manage your pledge" in your account and add the amount for a second wheel. Here are price totals for your reference:

10" + 6" = $68 (+ $29 shipping internationally)

12" + 6" = $73 (+ $29 shipping internationally)

10" + 12" = $83 (+ $29 shipping internationally)

What an amazing first week this has been! We are excited that over 1,512 backers share the same enthusiasm for the Plexus Wheel+ as we do.

Thanks for all the questions and comments. We are doing our best to make sure you are taken care of. We have been getting a lot of the same questions via Kickstarter messages and the comment board so we wanted to include the answers to some of those here in this update.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions:

Q: Which size should I get?

A: We'll start off by saying that the 3 Wheel Pack is our best selling item on our website and the most pledged for reward on the kickstarter. The 3 different sizes of wheels give you the option to apply different amounts of pressure and help with different levels of back pain. ALL 3 sizes are designed to be able to use on your back, on the ground or the wall. The 6" wheel can also be used in your office chair to correct bad posture. The smaller the wheel, the less surface area your back has to spread across. This means more pressure will be applied to a specific spot on your back. It's like getting a back massage with someone's thumbs versus someone's palms. Both feel good, but at different spots on your back and at different times. If you have a knot in your upper back, you'll want the 6" to target it. If you just have a tight lower back, you'll want the 10" and 12" to relax the muscles, open the vertebrae, and then use the 6" to do some deep tissue massaging. If you're interested in all 3, try them out! Besides, we have a 100% Happy Body Guarantee. If you don't love one of them, you can send it back within 100 days of receiving them and get refunded for that specific wheel. :)

Q: Is the 6" wheel mostly for chair use?

A: No, but you can use the 6" in your office chair. It is surprisingly effective at stacking your spine and helping you sit with perfect posture. Besides, braces aren't actually great for your back. They don't allow your back and core to strengthen, but rather become reliant. The 6" wheel was originally designed to use on the ground and the smaller diameter applies more pressure, so it's perfect for targeting hard to get knots.

Q: How do I correctly price my pledge?

A: If you are adding an additional wheel to your pledge, please follow this pricing guide and add the correct amount to your existing pledge: $29 for every additional 6" Deep Tissue Wheel, $39 for every additional 10" Medium Wheel, $44 for every additional 12" Gentle Wheel, and $99 for every additional 3 Wheel Pack. These are the Early Bird prices. We will not be going by the Super Early Bird price any longer for mixing and matching because those rewards were limited and have run out.
